Cada obra de arte ha sido cuidadosamente fotografiada para asegurar la fidelidad con la obra original. Adicionalmente Ud. podrá utilizar herramientas como la lupa que le guiará hacia una pantalla de detalle de la obra seleccionada. Puedo utilizar la imagen de una obra de arte con propósitos comerciales?
El artista mantiene los derechos de la imagen. La compra de una obra de arte no implica que el comprador obtiene los derechos de la imagen con propósitos comerciales.

Cuáles son los costos por concepto de envío y manejo?
Los costos para los trámites de envío y manejo los deberá cancelar el cliente.

Cómo se envía la obra?
Nosotros trabajamos con las compañías de transporte más prestigiosas tales como DHL, UPS y Federal Express.

Cuánto tiempo tarda la obra en llegar?
Usualmente la obra es enviada durante las 48 horas luego de ser confirmada su orden y el pago correspondiente. Normalmente llegará a la dirección indicada en un lapso de unos días.

La obra está enmarcada?
Todas las obras vienen enmarcadas, en el caso de la obra sobre papel vendrá montada sobre un papel antiácido con su correspondiente passpartou.

Each artwork image and all related details are carefully reviewed to ensure that their presentation on the website reflects the actual artwork as closely as possible. What forms of payment do you accept?

How will I know my order has been received and processed?
We will send you an e-mail once your order is received, with details that confirm the timing of the artwork availability and your total costs. After your Final Approval, you receive another e-mail, once your order has been processed and shipped.

Can I license the image of an Artwork for commercial purposes?
The artist maintains the rights to the image. The purchase of an artwork does not imply that the buyer owns the license to use the image for commercial purposes.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping, handling & insurance fees are not included in the price. It will depend on your geographical situation.

How is the art shipped?
We works with leading worldwide shippers such as DHL, UPS and Federal Express.

How long does it take for my art to arrive?
Usually the artwork is shipped within 48 hours of your order, it will normally arrive to your address, within a matter of days.

Will my artwork arrive with the frame?
All artwork arrives framed. In the case of a work on paper it will be mounted on an antiacid paper with its corresponding passpartou.
